Randall F. Kaiden, the principal attorney at The Trust Store, was born and raised in Los Angeles. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, he attended Law School at Southwestern University. He then furthered his education at the University of San Diego, where he distinguished himself by becoming one of the few attorneys in the State of California who have earned a Legal Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation.

Mr. Kaiden subsequently worked at one of the Big Four Accounting Firms practicing International Corporate Tax before moving on to a top rated “AV” Tax and Estate Planning Law Firm in 2000. Throughout his career, Mr. Kaiden has emphasized giving back to the community and was the recipient of the State Bar of California Wiley W. Manuel Award for distinguished Pro Bono legal service. In his capacity as an estate planning attorney, Mr. Kaiden is a published author as well as lecturer for several large banks and insurance companies.
